Since joining K3P  in 2009, Mel has helped turn the company from a group of bright design and architecture mind working with homeowners into a national design services leader. Helping companies on their renovations and interiors projects agenda. In her time as head of design, the company has experienced explosive growth in size and revenue – all while developing a culture that fosters engaged employees around innovation.

She is a frequent speaker on the topics of interior designs and architecture. She is also an avid cook and history buff. You can find her dining late at night with the chefs of the hotels where she stays during his travels, or reading in her home library.
